Single Session Therapy may be for you if you have a specific issue you would like to address in a focused way, and you would like to explore this as quickly as possible.
Single Session Therapy is a specific approach to therapeutic work which allows you to focus on becoming “unstuck” and identifying action you would like to take in your own life. Due to the nature of Single Session Therapy, there is no waiting time for this service and we aim to offer you a suitable session within one week of you getting in touch.
Before your session, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire which will help you to identify what you want to bring to the session and how we can make the most of our time together. The goal of the session will be to help you take the first steps towards change.
Single Session Therapy Sessions are £80 and last up to 50 minutes. If after your session you feel you would like further support, this can be arranged either through another Single Session or by joining our waiting list for ongoing therapy.
